I recently acquired cracks on both of my rackets and now am forced to shop around for new ones Anyhow, right now I use an Armortec 500, and was pretty satisfied with its pre-broken condition. Now, I'm looking into either getting more 500s, or trying out the 700 or either of the 900s. I'm kind of an all around player, I don't focus on anything too much, but I don't like light rackets eg any nanospeed. Any extra information/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
If you really want another AT500, I have 1 demo for sale, mint condition. No paint chip and only used for 4 games. $105 USD and $10 S/H to TOR. PM me if you are interested. I will even toss in a thermo cover or restring it for you for free if you want.
At700, At900T/P arent for anyone. is dead stick for my feel. if you are used to At500, just keep on using it.......
Lately, Its been over several months since I've started using AT900P and let me tell you that its an advanced racket. I believe that my skills won't let me fully utilize the racket's powers. Now that I look back, I think that I should have gotten a AT700 or maybe something lower. The only thing I'd recommend is not to get 4u weight for AT700. 3u is lovely for me at the moment.
AT900..either P or T..slightly less demanding than the AT700.About T or P..pick which one is more of ur style..It's effective..
I agree. The At700 being more head heavy makes it a little more demadning than the AT900's. IMO, the least demanding out of the three would be the AT900T which plays somewhat similar to the At500. The AT900T is faster and packs the power needed plus the fact its user friendly =] Great Defence + Power.
Why is it now that I've found a crack in one of my two AT500s I can't find anyone who sells it!? I live in the UK and would like to buy from the UK. Please help, it would be appreciated.
Check on the buy n sell forum...There's more chance to find it there, than just waiting ppl to reply on this thread.
Aleik - I recently bought a AT500 in the UK but had problems sourcing it. Annoyingly, a number of sites advertise it as available when it's actually out of stock. However, I eventually purchased one from pwp.com for about £60 - try there.
