i dunno if these fischer bags into your taste ..... http://www.holabirdsports.com/m/Tennis/Tennis-Bags/All/p1/070889.htm but since my racket collections are not as much as yours, i prefer http://www.holabirdsports.com/m/Tennis/Tennis-Bags/All/p1/070888.htm there is even bigger bag by dunlop http://www.holabirdsports.com/m/Tennis/Tennis-Bags/All/p1/070779.htm they r all rectangular though and bigger than yonex's ones in their specs however i haven't seen them personally gut luck
Am I the only one who is not really impressed by this at all,I think the old one was much better as having 2 rather than 3 compartments would really annoy me, and also it would be easy to lose things in the 1 big side compartment. I think the old setup with the 3 small compartments is a lot more practical. To me these two changes are just cutting corners to save money. Also the old shoe compartment was much better placed. I don't think I will be buying this bag
While I prefer the 3 compartments and the shoe bag of the older bags such as the 2424-9 and 9624-9, the looks, quality of materials and construction of the 9829 is superior. Since I'm "using" the 9829 currently, I have found ways to "adapt". I use the shoe compartment as a wet/dry compartment and I place my shoes in a separate nylon type bag in the main compartment. It's working pretty well. Again, I think the 9624-9 is superior, overall.
Yes, in fact, it's more suitable for tennis players, that why Yonex designed the bag like this. Tennis rackets are much wider and bulkier, and why Yonex went with a two-compartment style as opposed to three. If I went back to playing tennis, I would have a 6-pack racket bag just for my rackets, grips, tennis balls and a pro-style bag for my clothes, shoes, etc...
Our DinkAlot is ready for the new year.. ...can't wait to see our Master NGP with his new eye-catching bag soon at a baddy gym.. Btw, is this the same JP version bag as the one ants mentioned??..
is this the same bag as the ones the players use in the thomas cup? those looks a bit darker than the one dinkalot posted. i like the colouring of that one, the ones they are using during the thomas cup.
hey dinkalot is there only 2 big compartments for the 9829 (802-9 in Japan) or is there 3 because i don't see the 3rd compartment like the other 9 racquets bags have.
I found this hilarious... I made this comment earlier... but when I looked at my bag yesterday (I received the bag on Thursday), i was surprised that there is only 2 compartments ROFLMAO. Anyways, yes, I agree with the review. The material and made seems to be better than the previous one. I don't like the shoe compartment on this one. I like the previous one better.
The best shoe compartment is the 2424-9. I just picked up another 9624-9 and forgot why I got rid of it; though the shoe compartment is nice, it takes up two compartments if you fill it.
Hey Dink quick question, you know on the rear of the bag where the shouler straps are attached to the bag? how is that looking cause i know on the old 2424-9 the previous version of this one the one above the shoe compartment in the back was securly in there. however the one on the other side wasnt so sturdy and i was just wondering how there looking on this one. wanted to know if there in there and are sturdy or not so much and are like the percious model and have a chance of comming off like what happened to mine.
sure thats no problem, this part right here where the 2 shoulder straps connect. so you can see the one on the right has that tough strip of fabric it goes under while the one on the left doesnt really have that it just goes into a seam, i was wondering if the new bag was like that? Cause i had trouble with the left one since it started to come out, nothing hard to fix i just sewed it and reinforced it as much as i could so yeah its more or less good now but i was just wondering incase i get that bag.
