    hello,

i'm looking forward to be a badminton equipment distributor in Canada or more like Greater Toronto Area. And I was wondering what types of shuttles should i import? say Aeroplane? SOTX? Yonex brand?

i have to balance quality and cost. I have sotx at home and i love it... yonex i love it! but it's $35 for retail here and thats over $2 per bird. also i will be in china, so what brands are good for sale here?

    1) resale or distributor?
    2) for yonex shuttle, it is not worth it after you included s/h cost and import tax. also factory will not sell to you
    3) if cost of shuttle is the main issue for you, look for other shuttle suppliers/shop in your area.
    4) you can buy a couple boxes of shuttle and carry them back to canada. remember, you can only check in 2 large suit cases or 2 boxes.

Personally, I believe Aeroplane is kinda expensive when compare to most CHN local brands. If you have connections, I think brands such as Tailai, Yangyang, RSL, Tronex might worth to take a look.

RSL, Aeroplane and Hi-Qua might be good choices. When you do become an equipment distributor, let me know :)

i'm prospecting to be a badminton and related sports distributor. because my dad runs a business that has a lot of shipments from China and he has a business and contact there... so getting equipment for my purposes of selling it here in Toronto was what i was looking at. so i just thought starting with selling shuttles will be the best idea since shuttles are constantly being used!
Hi-Qua? are they good shuttles? where are they made?

Hi-Qua makes a variety of shuttles from top goose feathers to practice grade shuttles. I personally use these as well. They are made in China.

Black Knight rackets may be ok, but don't think about their shuttles.
