i have a racket dat my friend told me it is bannned from the use of tourment... is there really a list of ban racket???
well any racquet that does not meet the requirements set in the rules would be "banned" it would not be allowed to be used. so its quite possible that there are some out there but i would suspect that 99% of racquets would fall into the requirements set. Do you have any pics of this "banned" racquet?
http://www.hlbadminton.com/large/8800.htm this is the pix from the site... i dont have a camra so this is the best i could do...
that works good enough, i dont see why that racquet would be banned from tournaments your friend might be wrongabout it like unless its to long or the head isnt within the allowed dimensions but i highly doubt that. Im pretty sure its a regulation racquet maby your friend was mistaken about it.
If it was a stock racket, rite from the factory, without any modifications made to add/decrease its weights,i guess it will never be banned..
i dont think there is any list.... there are specifications for badminton racket for tournament from BWF if i am not mistaken...
Without any modifications, this racket should not be banned, as HL has been in badminton business for long enough to know that, especially this is considered as one of their top line models. If this racket is 1cm longer than some regular length Yonex models (665mm), then, it's still safe as it's 675mm lenght is well under 680mm requirement.
haha thanks my racket is under 680mm and if there is a bankai feather in a racket i would get it even though it is banned haha
lol. HL8800 "The Dragon". I'm pretty sure this racket is NOT banned from tournaments. A lot of people in my area uses it.
Can you ask your friend why he/she said it is banned? I am really curious what caused him/her to say that.
