    I was at home when the parcel arrived so i don't know what will happen if you were not at home. I think if it is courier shipping and you are not home they send it back to the sender. This has happened a few times to me when i use courier shipping but i am not sure if shuttlehouse uses courier shipping.

    If there was no one at home during the delivery, the postman will usually left you a notice card asking you to collect it from your local post office. They will usually give you some time to collect it from the local post office and if it is not collected within a specific time frame, they will send it back to the sender. Did you get the tracking number from shuttle house? It will be easier if you have it.

    1K declared outside the box? Wow which Canada do you live in? :D
    And to put salt on the wound, GST+PST are charged ON the duty!!
    i.e. duty is subject to taxes too... and Canada Post adds a SERVICE CHARGE to collect the duty+taxes!!

    I ordered a reel of string from them last Nov. It came through FedEx.
    And I didn't have to pay any tax.

    Hey, so guys, after I ordered from Shuttle-House, they gave me an email telling me the cost(without shipping). Do I just send an email back confirming it, and asking for the shipping price?
