Will Kido-Hendra also play in the SEA games after this week? If they do,... potentially, they can play 20+ competitive matches in 4 weeks! :D I expect at least 5 matches in the SEA games too because there is the team event in addition to the individual event.

In fact LCW has beaten CJ 3 times in a row now. Twice very recently, and another one a few months ago, when LCW thrashed CJ 21:9(or 7) in the 1st game, then in the 2nd game scored 9 pts in a row when trailing 12:16.

X Ball, are you really a Malaysian fan? :D

Please, Lee Chong Wei is playing Jonassen today, not Chen Jin or Lin Dan, lets respect and veteran and talk about the final tomorrow.

lol abedeng, wrong again. here i am, to chien/chengs defense as usual...they beat wei/zhang 21-19,21-19 at the HKG Open in 2006...and they took wei/zhang to three sets just last week at the China Open...and they took Gao/Huang to three sets at a previous tournament as well...so HA! haha but i think chien/cheng are prolly gonna lose this one again -.-...though i think the KOR pair are more on par with chien/cheng and i think the MAS pair is slipping.

So many CHN representatives in today's semifinal match 11 of 20 spots. But the most important is INA dominate MD sector this time which is CHN's weakest link. Meanwhile MAS once again only LCW is the survivor, really impressed by his performance in second half of this year. After failure in its home soil tournament last week, seems CHN bounce back with their dominance here.

Oh? I only heard LCW said his performance in Semis depends on condition of his knee. His knee was in ice packs though. He looked tired.
Misbun said the strategy is to avoid LCW getting attacked. So indirectly saying LCW's knee injury is acting up.

If that world dirtiest LYB decided to use his infamous dirty strategy, a walkover will be given to LD today. If not, I foresee its a fixed match with only a straight sets affair and a very minimum sweat from LD. Really dirty creature indeed!

Well, you're right that Gao Ling cannot fake her injury, but... Zhao Tingting or Zheng Bo can still fake something... Does not need to be Gao Ling... ;)

Good point. Forgot about the rule that the partner who plays less will get injured more.

I really doubt that because CJ would need some point to qualify as top4 players since the chasing pack are coming close.

China sure want 3/4 top spot... :) maybe LD letting Cj win?:crying:

Good point!! One thing you don't need to defend them against is that they are the most consistent pair around ..... after the Chinese pairs, of course ...... :D:D:D

Koreans and Japanese cuties are inconsistent, MAS has gone down, INA (Vita/Lilyana) don't play in too many competitions .....
