How come? I never feel any uncomfortable about my belly and I always eat food well cooked, all food are from supermarkets in the UK such as Sainsbury. And when i don't eat, or just little, sometimes I don't feel hungry even a whole day
Dates rock. I normally buy them during the Ramadan season and munch away as snacks in the evening. They won't attract ants and need no refrigeration! Chocolate bars?
There are two important guidelines to being fit for a strenous session of badminton. First eat plenty of carbs a week before the games. Second, hydrate yourself well an hour before, and every 15-20 mins during, the game. The first (carbs) is for your energy and the second (water) is to manage your body heat by keeping it cool through sweating. If you don't hydrate enough with water/fluids your body heat cannot be cooled and you will collapse and may even die.
I think that for many people it is an insufficient amount of fat in the diet. Nowadays, people make fat out as a bad thing in food. Just look at all the "health" foods which are low in fat. The truth is that fat is a very important part of a healthy diet. Your body isn't tricked so easily. You can eat all the low-fat food you want, but your body will still be "hungry" for fat. That's why when you eat something sweet, a half-hour later you're hungry again. On the other hand, when you eat something fatty, you're satisfied for much longer.
Try to not to eat 3 big meals-breakfast,lunch,and dinner. Instead try to eat 6 meals separted throughout the day. Maybe like a piece of bread and milk at 8am, 10am-a small amounts of nuts, etc.
A bag of chips and fruit Get your electrolytes back.....which is good (don't want u to have a cramp during a game..) Fruit...cuz chips are bad for you so fruits can even it out
one thing that i'd like to add is that a bit of milk taken with the banana goes a long ways towards improving uptake of the potassium.
Potentially it can be possible for people to confuse hunger with thirst as well. and also when you eat lots, it can exacerbate thirst even more. When this happens people think they are hungry and grab something to eat and this temporarily halts the feeling but the same effect can be gained just by having a glass of water.
However, i like to caution people drinking diet coke as it contains aspertame. To see side effects see google.
That's one reason why I never drink diet coke. I rather be drinking sugar water aka coke than diet coke.
