IMO, LYD & TBH are equally talented & good doubles players. Btw, LYD (born in 1988 Sept 11th) is just a year younger than TBH (born in 1987 Sept 18th)only. For those who are not aware, TBH paired with Hoon Thien How beat LYD in the World Junior Championships in 2004. Wait a minute, r we talking abt TBH ot TCS here?
Ants, just curious what were you guys talked throughout the lunch? Can you share with us? One thing for sure must have given them so much words of encouragement and motivation ya?
Serious man.. we dont usualy talk about Badminton whenever we meet up. Maybe sometimes we do but not all the time.
hahaha hey, dun say bad things abt me yah.. but it's ok if u wana promote me lol!! anyway, hope they r ok.. they both hv strength of their own, they jz need to clear the hurdle in their relationship.. ants sure is the best choice to be a good middleperson to facilitate this
yeah, doubles always have that problem. when one thinks the other is not performing up to mark and feels annoyed. then he/she will overcompensate the other player, and most of the time he/she will nag the other player. then the mentally both will be tired. hopefully they will work it out. they must trust each other.
From zero to hero & from hero they are down again. In sports always up & down. In doubles,not an easy task to keep the partnership going well. Their partnership just started less than a year. Two young individuals with different characters & background. They need more time to understand each other character, strenght & weaknesses. Hopefully they will work together & get the partnership back to the top.
