I see that most racquets sold come with an unstrung weight and I just wanted to know roughly how much weight(mass) the string adds to the racquet.

I'm assuming that the original grip is included in the unstrung weight the manufacturers give.

I just want to figure out the unstrung weight for my current old racquets (carlton powerflo ac and powerflo br)

Karakal includes strung and unstrung weights at their rackets, and the difference is 5 grams.

    Correct.

If you find any spec sheets or catalog pages, the weight mentioned is the unstrung weight.

For Sotx I think their weight is string included. For others i think is without string.
