Wasn't it always held at Elizabeth Stadium? Did they move it to
    somewhere else? HK Coliseum?

Good.. need your advice also in buying branded goods there. Some are cheaper than Singapore. And i love it when its sale time. Its really cheap.
Esprit and Giordano also cheap, not forgetting Zara.

Sorry, I meant that in previous years, the tickets are almost totally sold out for the s/final and finals day. :eek:That obviously does not include this years torunament which has yet to start selling. :p

For the qualifying rounds to get into the main draw, they have been held at a different venue in the past. It was in the Sports Institute in Sha Tin. However, that venue is now under redevelopment for the Olympic equestrian event. I don't know if there will be a qualifying round this year or where it would be played

The day the finals are played only have one court. :)But the Queen Elizabeth stadium can accomodate three courts for the early rounds, which is then reduced to two courts for the quarterfinals and then one court for the s/finals and finals.

I think Sha Tin can be used for Olympic qualification.....in this case..I hope HKG will use Elizabeth Stadium as a only one venue....it can be confusing as sha Tin and Wan Chai are not even close....:(:( anyway..I will make sure that I will buy early rounds as usually it is more exciting due to the nature of the draw...

The qualifying rounds are only played if there is a very large draw. I've seen qualifying rounds in All England and China Open before. Typically, they are played on just one or two days before the main tournament starts. Yes, you can go and see the qualifiers - I don't think many people do though.
