Anyone here posses any players racquets? If you do, just want to ask how are you treating it? Do you frame it? Store it? Use it like any other rackets?

And for those who didnt have any players racket.. how would you treat the racket if you do have an opportunity to do so?

i'd probably cut off the string ... the 30+ tension would damage the racket if used ...

eh...i would leave the strings on and everything and frame it, because when you leave the strings on i think the racquet is in a state of equilibrium

Well, I'd certainly frame it, but since they're playing with such high tensions, I would cut the strings and let it restring.
It may be a bit less unique, but hey, it's about the racket, not the strings (for me :)).

No, I don't have any and don't have the opportunity. Unless I yell at them and insult them that they would throw their racquets at me. :D

If I will have a professional's racquet I think I will use it the way I use like my own. Frame? No way. Ain't my style to keep it that way where others do.

hmmm....i dont have any top players' racket but if i do, after extensive picture taking and in various pose, hehehehehe, racket alone and racket and me, i would most probably use it after i restring it. i would be extra careful when using it. just looking at it would be pointless to me. i never was a collector type of person.:)

If there was something different about the racket (specs, modifications etc) I would think it could be a collectable.. If it is just a std racket, with the only difference it has been used by a pro, I would treat is at any other rackets...
what do the say in thailand... "Same same but different"

Plenty of my racket has been swung by pros.. so i don't see that as very exciting :)

Maybe if the racket had a story, for example it won the all-england two times in a row or so, then maybe it could be worthy as a collectable as well... :)
