You sound a bit sarcastic.:D I dont really care to much which rackets they sell, if the links work or not. I just want to know if they will get the job done and send me a racket that isnt fake. So if anyone has had any experience buying from this place I would like to know.

It looks like a new store. I have never deal with them before. I am just stating what I see. The store has price guarantee. You can ask them to match the price. Looks like it is carrying oversea item. I think you should email them for more detail before you buy.

    Good luck

Always buy from badminton alley. Mostley only but online. Only other place I have bought from is a local Sports authority for shuttles. As for restringing, someone at my club does that.

Sports authority?!?! yuck! I would use them to get my Nike cross-trainers shoes.

For me, I order overseas, cheaper that way! =) I considered badminton alley, but they fail to respond to my emails, that's no good.

    This is my guess.
For most of member here in North America, we know how to use internat and search for best price for the item we need/want. So, yes, many of us search internet or buy on line quite often to get the best price. Alsodue to the sales tax in US, quite often the sales tax is more than the shipping. So you do whatever to save money. That is including ordering online. In addition, many place do not have local shop for specific item you are looking for. Online might be the only option. However, there other players who is not memver of any online forum and they only shop locally. If we have a source locally that is cheaper and has better service, we go to the local source. I hope that answer your question.

Sports Auth? The shuttle cost 2 arms and 2 legs. After you bought the shuttle from them, how do you swing your racquet? No dirty answer please.

I used to buy AS20's from them. But recently my club has started selling
AS 30's for only 15$. They dont make any profit, its a way of giving back to members. But I have'nt bought from Sports authority since.

    thanks silentheart.
my other guess, maybe in USA, badminton is less popular sports, thus most of those sports' stores are not selling badminton's stuff.
unlike here in asian, badminton is more popular and almost every sports shop is selling badminton's equipment. in smaller towns, the sports shop might have less choice thou....
we do shoppping or price comparison by going from shop to shop. hands on the rackets to feel whether it suits you or not.
here, in Malaysia, sports equipments are free tax(exempted from import tax). this is one of the government's idea to promote sports and want the people to excercise more(for health)...:D

    Hi Drift,

Yes, you are right. Also, I was born in Taiwan and I move to US now. I felt the frustration of not be able to get badminton item in US at good price I use to. So I was force to find supplier online and other sources.

    Have a nice weekend.

Out of all the nations in the world, its the U.S that needs to encourage our population to exercise the most. What with around 60% of people being overweight:D. But the U.S. makes to much money taxing sporting goods so oh well. I wish they had a badminton shop close to where I live:mad:.

    In your mind
Of course, we don't have as many importing issues, such as customs and taxing. :p Though, we could do with some 100% scanning on shipments, like Hong Kong. Currently, it's below 20% or so.
