I'm currently in Beijing and according to this website there are several different versions of the Armortec 900 T to buy.

    http://www.bbesports.com/English/racket_ti.htm

I'm assuming the difference is just the country codes and based on what I read on BC, there aren't much if any differences on the racquets. However, after reading Dinkalot's racquet review thread, I'm starting to think that the country code might matter? What should I do? It seems like I can save a lot of money by not getting the JP version, but I might just end up getting it anyways if that means getting the better version. What do you guys think?

I've had terrible experience with CH racquets. Their prices may be cheap but definitely not worth it to me. They are extremely easy to break and I've not seen one last for more than a few months, even for singles players.

If you can afford it, go for JP. I used to buy the cheapest I can find thinking they're all from Japan and should be the same. I'm finally starting to realize how ridiculously durable my Canadian coded racquet is. None of the SP, CH, TH racquets compare.

CD if you want warranty in Canada for 6 months. Otherwise, SP.

Stick with any version except CH..i find that their quality isnt so great. As fishmilk and Athlete has said, stick to US or CD versions because the quailty is much better and you get the warranty. =]

JP pricing is very good as well if you get the racket or order it from Japan.

    1. CD code - because you get warranty
    2. JP code - I personally think the quality is slightly better, but that's just me.
    3. SP code - the price is good, but it will be tough to get warranty.

If you're not worried about the warranty too much, i'd suggest you to order JP version online from shuttlehouse.com, the price is very good, you just need to pay a little more for shipping.

I have both JP and SP version of the AT-900T, the shaft seems to be slightly stiffer, but that could be due to the fact that the JP racket was purchased recently.

Officially Yonex Canada's warrenty is 6 months. The warrenty could go up to a year and over however, that is not written in stone.

I want to get another one...AT 900 T is the racket for me both for double and singles.. planning to get another one in either 4U or 3U...I still feel that 4U is faster than 3U but 3U is super good for single...

Both of mine are 3UG4, SP and JP.
    SP - Nanogy 95 @ 25lbs
    JP - Nanogy 98 @ 25lbs

Quite satisifed with the way it plays, will probably buy one more later this year.

I see, makes sense. Stick with the 3U, you will like it. It also would probably be easier if you can contact your friend again to obtain another racket from her too right?

Crush between RMB & HK$ is about 1:1
CH the lowest price is about RMB1450-1500
SP the lowest price about HK1250-1300
so CH is slightly more expensive than SP code,i don't know why...??
    maybe anyone can answer it..??

If you know someone going to Japan or purchase online, you can get a JP coded AT900 for the same price as SP coded racket in HK
