    Running Can Help

I also did experience such "trembling" when i was training during my school days. probably running long distance can help? I am quite into running half-marathons now since it has helped to improve my agility on court and fitness overall. this would help to strengthen the knees and upper leg. Personally i feel running can really help your condition.

If you can, probably step on your toes to run a kilometre for starters, it would help. It is included quite intensively in my training programme. and in fact, i would be taking part in a 6km run by citibank upcoming on 19 august at east coast park. Any singaporeans cum badminton enthusiasts interested to join me?
