I dont think it is possible for CTF/LWW to join Rexy's regime as PCC already is his assistance. Maybe when Rexy leave BAM then LWW/CTF might have a better chance. But then who will be the head coach? PCC?
ok back to topic! rexy got his choice whether he wants to coach Mas or Ina or Chn or wherever iit is... so STOP posting posts that keep urging him to go back la... as for CTF and LWW... no idea.. might be a good idea but we'll have to see the situation before making any conclusion..

LWW might becum a good coach since he is quite educated person as for CTF i dun think he can excel in coaching cos he is really lowly educated person...he dun even speak english well.....juz like botak yap who is holding chief coach place who oni knoe how to talk oni but dunno how to coach
well for both of them to become coaches, they hav to get their coaching certificate first.... CTF's brother is actually coachin the m'sian juniors now.... whether they are educated or not does not guarantee tht they will be gd coaches.....gd coaches are the ones tht can spot a potential player then motivate them to become great players thru hard work.... i think msia needs to hav more coaches for the juniors....coaches with gd technique and interpersonal skills....

anyway spotting player is not the responsible of normal coach....chief coach will select potential player to join the national camp...another thing is national team hav their own mental trainer to motivate them....coach is the one who plan the training for their player.....coach need to plan their training based on their target. true good education does not guarantee they will be a good coach at least they prove they can learn thing becos coaching is totally different from playing....LWW and CTF nonit to take level1 coaching as they r thomas cupper and olympic player.....wat they need to take is level 2 coaching which got alot of sport science stuff in their theory part....do u think a person who dun even knoe english can pass the exam then u giv it a shot lah a good player doesnt mean they can becum good coach....for example Sir Alex Ferguson who is managing Man Utd dunno how to play football at all but he still can teach good player out from his club
Does tht mean tht a person with an MBA will become a good manager....i dont think so....gettin an education will help you but it is up to yourself to do the extra bit to be better than the next person..... do you think the chief coach has that much time to scout for juniors?..i knw the msian team has a psychologist or somthing but do u think that a person that has only done theory work and never played in a final will be able to psych and motivate the players? the reason ,msia has done so well in the dbls dept these days is bcoz rexy has been thru all that....rexy can show the players how to win....he has tht winning mentality.... do you think tht if sir alex ferguson dont knw how to interact with 11 individuals and motivate them to gel together, manu would become a great team?
