There are around 140 players joining you We have about 140 juniors playing in the upcoming Bay Area Summer Open 2007.
i was there yesterday for around an hour or so. the older juniors i didn't see as i was there fairly early, but the younger ones are really impressive. a few very young ones, 8, 9 yrs old girls had really good technique and footwork, the only thing missing from them is that they are around 4 feet tall! otherwise they will give some really impressive showing. i notice a lot of them are from UBC. i think the future of USA badminton is very good indeed. i think a few more years these girls will be able to play very competitively.
Men's single semifinal and final were all very good games. Kevin Zhang defeated Qin Zie Wei in 3 games and defeated Arnold Setiadi in 2 games.
Hey, do you guys know when they'll post results? I'm kind of curious about some of the A results and stuff like that.
