    héhé ! I'll be happy to welcome you here, and maybe play badminton with you !
    so... I just have my fisheye lens since last week, so I did not had time to make badminton pics with it...
    I'll go on a tournament next week, maybe I'll try ! but I' think I prefer my 70-200 f2.8 for sports pics ;)

    I've got a EOS 30D, and the 8mm is a Ultra Wide angle lens ;)

    They were actually taken in Louisbourg, right province, wrong end lol.

    the bigger waves were about 30 feet high when they would hit the rocks....they would splash as high as 100 feet above the water.

    if ur using streamyx, can blame it. It has some issues with smugmug after the taiwan earthquake :(

    that's strange, i'm actually in london so not using streamyx.
    i'm able to see the rest of the pictures fine though, hmmmm, i wonder if i'm the only one.

    his 28-300 f3.5-5.6L IS USM is missing its tripod collar ;)

    I guess that tripod collar of his zoom was detached on purpose!;) it's a hand-held lens!:p

    I find its easier to hand hold the lens if i still have the tripod mount still attached to my 70-200..plus it looks so much cooler;)

    It's interesting that most of the photojournalists in hk had detached that tripod mount from their lenses. I m one of them and I feel more comfortable without it. Indeed, it's more lighter that way!
