The element of surprise for 21 point system is higher but still player has to be good enough to keep the game close. Despite resistance, I think 21-point is much more exciting to watch as viewers don't need to focus that long for a single match which can be a drag sometime :)

WC deserve to win, she was the livier on court than XXF. XXF looked tired, making tired related error. XXF didnt have variation of shots, making them predictable for WC.

Great to see an all HK finals in Women Singles.

I somehow wish that Ling Wan Ting is still playing, or Koon Wai Chee to be able to play singles the same way that she used to play back in 2000 or 2001. With a reliable 3rd singls player, they will have a very good shot at winning silver a silver medal in a future women team event (including Uber Cup).

    Hongkee rules ...

"Hong Kee" rules in WS, never thought I have chance to say it in my life time. What a achievement. Now Wang Chen can walk tall to Li Yongbo and say "Take this!" Of course coach Li will reply, Hong Kong is part of China and if HK win then China win :D
Congratulation to Wang Chen and JumpSmash Yip!

probably not as mad as if LD loses to Taufik tomorrow.

Here's my Dilema. I like LD and want him to win the gold, but I don't like LYB. Should I still cheer for LD tomorrow? :D

Does anyone know Wang Chen's story, as to why she originally left the Chinese team?

Wang Chen really surprised me! When XXF won the 2nd game I thought WC is over. I really like Wang Chen's style. Very nice deception and variation of shots next to no one but Audina. When she were young her footwork is also great to watch. Congrats to Wang Chen!

I still can't understand how WC could win the 3rd game. She already looked very very old and slow 1 year ago. Got to watch the game!

She's with those who were against LYB: Li Lingwei, Li Mao etc. Really sweet revenge for WC. She almost did it in the All China Game last year but failed. I think she's been waiting for today for a long time... :)

I think, you should support LD. LYB has been blowed many times: Cai/Fu, ZN, XXF during this AG.

No. They thought LYB has some financial problem. And they are against LYB trying to make Team China into LYB's team I think.
