a few days back, i got this giant blister that covers my entire left toe... and i was wondering.. are my shoes wearing down.. or have i been hopping too much?? this never happened before.. maybe it's because i have been training more often now...

New shoes, the only time I suffer with blisters is when the insoles all but worn through.

i never stopped suffering from blisters. i might have shed 40 layers by now. but as the skin gets tougher the rate of blistering gets lower

Try two pairs of socks (cotton for more traction). Since I've done this, I've never gotten a blister again. :)

you might get it if you changed shoes, increased your training or didn't play for a while and then started playing again. Some people are more prone to blisters than others.

socks, shoes, makes no difference for me, blisters everytime I play.
Used to have a thick layer of skins on my feet, then I'd get blisters underneath that layer of skin, it hurt but not that much.
Lately that thick layer started peeling of, so now it's just normal skin, wich makes it even worse. After about 4 games, I get a blister on the ball of my right foot, wich hurts a hell of a lot.
Any advice on how to treat blisters?
I ussualy just punch them open, disinfect it and put a bandage on it, but them I just get blister under the bandage.
    Help :)
