I have checked in the information of your Yonex MP23 Serial No.: 7336882; Date Code: 050643CD (date=05 Jun 2004) to my information list of Yonex rackets Developed by Yonex Japan (on the shaft) and made in Taiwan (on the cap), its serial no. and date code are legitimate.
However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

Assuming you did not have a typo, yes it's a counterfit. No such racket code as SN.

    Thanks for the verification leeh!

My friend is wondering if his racquet is genuine as well. Here are the specs:

    Carbonex 8200 Light

    7754527 050353CD

He bought it at a local Sport Chek.

I just got my Yonex Nanospeed 8000 for 99 pounds from CentralSports today http://www.centralsports.co.uk/shop.php?page=nanospeed&product=5583
O, so can't wait to try out tonight

    Here is the serial No.
    6056911
    230362UK

I believe this racket is authentic, because everything is just alright, the weight, the details... If it's not, I'm glad to take my hat off for the maker.

nevertheless here are some pics: (sorry for the bad quality, only got a phone cam)

Both the picture and serial checks out fine. Just curious, does the store only carry G3 or you picked that one?

I'm not sure really. I was looking for G3 and it appeared to be it. You can call them and find out. Why? are you thinking about getting one from them?

Nope, I'm not getting any rackets, I got more than enough.

I was curious because the in European countries they carry larger grip sizes but wondered if they were able to carry the smaller ones as I can use G4.5/G5 mainly.

    2 X Nanospeed 9000

Hi, My gf just bought 2 Nanospeed 9000 in Hong Kong, and I'm kind of curious if they are genuine or not. here's the info

    nanospeed 9000 type x:
    5931038
    C4875836

    nanospeed 9000 type s:
    5950295
    C5524766

It was bought in a store called: "Wan Kee" in Mong Kok Hong Kong.
I'm kinda worried cause the the number starts with a C? I saw other ones Ns9000 posted end with some letters. anyways thanks ahead of time!
