I find the feel of AT500 and Cab30ms virtually the same in feel. The difference is the Cab30ms has more power.

The AT500 is too flexible. Some people might like that though..

well the only obvious difference i see between the two is that the AT500 is 4U and the Cab30MS is 3U... now which one has more power? if its the AT500, then that would prob make it better since its lighter too. but would 4U be too light? the more mass the more power, right? does this statement reign true between these two raquets too?

Best to try both rackets if possible. I know a handful of people that swear by the Cab21. I also know another handful of people that swear by the Cab30.

As for me, I hit both and prefer the Cab21. :)

Dink, did you hit with a 2u cab21 and a 3u cab30? If so, then I agree that the cab21 is better. For some reason the cab30 seems a bit "deader" then the cab21.

Even if the cab30 could give me the edge in power and control, I would still go for the cab21 - which actually gives utility.

Yes, 2U Cab21 and 3U Cab30. And yes, I agree, the Cab30 does not have as much "pop" as the Cab21.

Bring up a joke is fine, but prefer not in a equipment review thread. People are putting up hundreds of $$$ in hand, and try to gather some useful comments in order to help making decision.

You gave a very subjective comment in the review, w/o providing sufficent reason, which might mis-lead other members.

I prefer the Cab 21. I've played with all cabs and i DON'T think they suck ^_^
I can switch between long and short rackets fine, as i've used at700's, ti-10's and so forth before. I just felt the cab30 was somewhat difficult to get use to for me. They are both pretty cheap compared to some of the other suggestions, but i'd pick 21 if i were you. As others have said, the only way to no regret your buying decision is find both rackets and try them out a bit.

BTW, i noticed that no one has said that the cab30 is 1 cm longer than the cab 21. Thats another difference betweeen the two rackets. I also believe the cab21 has a thinner shaft. I've had a few 21's, but i can't remmeber if the 30 has a thinner shaft or not, i don't think so...

Ok bud, it's time to let it go, everything will be okay, I promise. Let us get back to the Cab discussion before things get out of hand.

The cab21 is much cheaper than an AT500, but its not a HUGE difference i guess... Just ask yourself if you want oval or iso. No one can answer these questions but you. Opinions are useless because they aren't from your perspective. We have cab lovers and haters along with iso lovers and haters. I'd still choose Cab21. Wong Choong Han still uses it ^_-

i used to own the cab21 and cab30 and still own the AT500. i find the cab21 very maneuverable, cab30 is very powerful and the AT500 a very good all-around racket. im my opinion, you won't go wrong with either of the 3. the main differences would be in the price and the performance you'll want from the racket. cab21 is the cheapest and would give best value for money i think:D
