Type S quickness is around After NS7000 before AT800DE.

You may feel NS9K X the slower its because it is rather stiffer than NS8K.

........soooo it's not available in japan.....

i mean of course it is "available" to some in japan because it's made here, but it hasn't been released. Your post "actually it is available in Japan" had my hopes up. I thought it was "available" as in you could buy it.

    Hi ANTS,

What does you mean by 29LBS tension? What is the Cross and what is the main?

    Thanks.

The overall tension is 29lbs. The cross and the main same tension. Of course it is strung with a good machine and support , the head frame remain the same.

Ants you mentioned that ns9000 is as powerful as Ti10.
Is that X-Type? How about Smashing power of S-type?

S type has good smashing power. Its kinda flexible compare to Type X. But Type X has more power.

Yes.. the smashes seems effortless. However you may need to get used to the timing initially.

I do agree.. NS8000 has the conventional paint job. But i can say the Ns9000 paint job is unique. You either hate it or like it. Some may get used to it after a while. What i can say is that the colorway attracts people.

Dang, I will definitely have to try out the NS9000 then. Yesterday I was practicing defense, returning smashes and I brought out about 15 different rackets. Out of all of them, the NS8000 with BG-80 at 25/28lbs. was the best. The control, speed and feel was first-rate.

The only drawback of the NS8000 (to me) is the lack of power (relative to its peers). The NS9000 seems to have fixed that. Definitely a must try. :p :D

My impression is that AT800 OFF probably is slightly easier to smash with, as it is more head-heavy (and also very stiff).

I just received my Nanospeed 9000X SP Version. Will try to string it with BG-66 AT 29LBS and test it tonight.

    Thanks.

played with my ns9000x GR code for 3 hours(stock grip, bg66@26lbs*break-in tension:D), all i can say is the ns9000x is sweet, it feels weird when you hold it, i have a 3u ns8000 and compared to my 3u ns9000, the ns9000 feels heavier and a little bit head heavy but not as head heavy compared to at800 OF, but when you swing it its as quick as the ns8000 even if the ns9000 doesnt have a slim profile. stiffness i would say stiffer than ns8000 and almost as stiff or same as at800. its everything like the ns8000 but with a lot more power on the smashes, control was superb, drops are precise, i had trouble with net shots at first but once i got the hang of it no more problem. smashing with this racket can be addictive, cuz you dont get tired, its not tiring to use. defense with this racket exceeded my expectations, ns8000 b'cuz of the slim profile is quick in defense but ns9000 is kinda wider(racket head and shaft) so i was expecting my defense to be a little bit slower but when i got smashed i could return the shots like how i return shots with my ns8000. i say this is a great all around racket, my problem now is im addicted with the ns9000x, i want to have 1 more ns9000x as a back-up:p
