what to waer for waist pain?

    b/c of the new high school badminton season... my friend had practice alot... then... his waist is hurt... painful... he ask me what to wear on the waist to reduce the pain.... uhm... i'm not sure... do anyone know???

    I totally agree, your friend should rest. Btw, it's waist pain or back pain? Waist could be just muscle, back could be serious.

    I think he is muscle pain...... do too much sit up... uhm... he don't want to rest... sign~!

    ..stop doing situps.....

    basically: he is getting pain in his back because he is "doing soemthing wrong"....so he should:
    a: visit a dokter
    b: stop doing whatever is causing the pains...

    How bout go see a doctor? Geez your dude could be suffering from 101 diseases of the waist. Go see a doctor a real doctor to get some treatment. Not some vet who pretends to be a human physio.
