Can anyone tell me the result between LCW and Joppien?

Very interesting match is between Christian (denmark) a qualifier and Kuan beng Hong . 8-10 for now.

Lin Dan trailing one set and lead 7-5 in second set.

Chen Jin aready won first set 15-5

CLT VS KBH 10 all. KBH is Malaysian fourth player now. Meanwhile CLT probably rank 6-7 in Denmark.

All these 3 setters Lin Dan is playing early on is going to catch up with him when he takes on the tougher players. Maybe Chen Hong knew what he was doing when he "lost" (read: rested) in the German Open final.

I think there are quite a few good players from Malaysia. For example, Lee TS, Yeoh KB, Chua James, ..., they are capable of beating top 10 players at any time. The question is their consistency.

Speaking of which, YKB is demolishing SSM. A surprise? Maybe not. SSM has not shown good form lately.

SSM is really in his worst times ever. after losing to Roman Spitko in German Open. Now look lke he will lost to Yeoh Kay Bin. He lost first set 8-15 and trailing 0-6 in second set.

So its not only PBSI had headache due to Thomas qualification, Korean coaches had the same problem with us.

agree - especially when we've seen him suffer this way before when he lost to taufik after the marathon game against peter gade.. while these may not be the same they are still long games which will take their toll towards the end of the week..

lin hasn't played any of the europe tournaments has he? so he hasn't played since before xmas - could he tournament sharpness be a little off????

Maybe everyone has got wiser with Lin Dan style of play. It is difficult to dominate in men singles like the way he did. Time for him to adapt new tricks perhaps ?
