Hi Lars... 1) is it still possible to to play for my country at the age of 17 if i started playing badminton when i was 11 and i am already 14 now and i am playing for my school... my parents think it is already too late and want me to concentrate on my studies rather than badminton... 2) do you have any suggestions as to what training routines i can use to improve my skills? 3) what is your opinion on what i should do to improve my confidence when i play in front of many people during tournaments because my legs and hands tend to tremble alot when i play in front of many people... 4) why did you and JR split up??
