how big is that inbox? heard its pretty impressive quite irritated with my hotmail account. theyve sent multiple notices to let me know that my inbox is growing. to 250MB. yet when i look at the left hand side of the screen it still indicates 25MB

me too!! I'VE GOT g-mail invites to share too.. huge 2.6gb inbox.. and a seemingly unlimited mail size.. could prolly email vids across it.. altho not tried anythign that huge yet.. Coops
I ve got about 100 invites as well... but they aren't for gmail, but instead 'googlemail'. Apparently in the UK where I live there was a dispute regarding the Gmail name, so just in the UK they changed the name to googlemail. It's exactly the same i think except for the name. I was one of the few to get an @gmail.com account!
anyone know if there is a limit to how many connection can access the email at the same time. Wondering if it possible to used to share videos. Of course we need to rar the video to smaller parts, but these way we don't have to reupload all the time like as yousendit.
it would be easier to invite people to use gmail - since every person that gets a gmail / googemail account gets to invite people. this way people could just email the vids they had to the people that wanted them... Coops

hum last time i checked g-mail only allowed you to attach files no larger than 10mb i think it was, i use it as a storage centre for alot of my stuff...my g-mail drive.
ah right.. i've never sent anything that big yet. i suppose you could still use some software (winrar is the best ) that would split a file down in to sub 10mb size blocks that could then be sent in an email... Coops
PM me for invites. Gave one to a lady friend from Singapore just a week ago and noticed having another 100 more! I'll limit that to 90 only, reserving 10 non-random invites such as this.
