IBF's new scoring not implemented?

    the IBFs new scoring method was not implemented at the Bitburger open. Anyone know why? I thought all tournaments had to have the 21 rally point scoring method

    i think they have contacted the individual countries around the world and request that they start implementing this new system starting next year. thats just what i've heard.

    How does this 21 point rally system affect the order of serve and reception in doubles?
