    The shuttle was clearly in.
That's the problem when you have senior citizens as line judges and incompetent umpires.

Yep pretty big loss to Toma Popov. 21-17 21-13. So he definitely is out of form. Let's see how Axelsen looks now against Kidambi.

Liu Yuchen was spotted scolding Ou Xuanyi in previous tournament right?

They need to make the top 16 first. And they are so far below LSF in the rankings, its hard for the coaches to justify that

Once considered as contemporary rivals, right now SK playing VA is painfully like a club player struggling against an international. I don’t think SK will turn anything around from here, but will stick on for another good 3-4 years

Unlucky loss for Greg and Jenny. Thought he was going to kick his racquet into the stands in anger at the end. Luckily he stopped himself :)

Both the Stoeva sisters and France’s best WD pair (Tran/Lambert) are playing Orleans master instead of All England. Their current wr are 24 and 20, quite ahead of several pairs in the AE lineup.

Is there some rule stopping them or is it by choice?

It's a choice to go deep in Orleans tournament with all the best pairs at the All England. Harder to make semis or finals at the All England.

KS should have played Orleans in all seriousness.

Can we be 100% sure if he will go past r1 there? There are some unseeded players in Orleans draw I see can score a win against SK. So logically more points here

Axelson looks like he regained his form, will he win here? He could gain alot of points since he lost early last yr. Who do we think could trouble him?

I’d take those odds than the evidence we realised.

I don’t think so, today was simply a practice against a district level player.

Axelsen looked good today. But as mentioned Kidambi didn't really put up much of a fight and Axelsen likes to be in front so hard to say exactly what level he's at. He at least played much better than his last match.

Interesting fact I saw: LSF is now 0-3 head to head vs Toma Popov. :)
