Not only for Fajri I think, almost all Indonesian MDs currently do not have the performance and playing style that allows them to compete with other top MDs.

TTY is relentless, just so deadly when she doesn't make that many UEs

TTY really peaked at the right time, she look as good as ever coming in the olympics. I don't remember the last time she played this well against ASY. she didn't play this well at the WTF last year

Unfortunate for TTY she cracked with the final points on a losing streak to give ASY a chance back in. ASY not at her previous level either but level headed and kept to the fundamentals. TTY overplays/overthinks sometimes and ends up choosing risky shots instead of playing percentages.

Too early to predict. Have to see more of his consistency. This is the first tournament where I am watching him have good and confidence boosting results. Last 1.5-2 years have been very underwhelming. If we get another one hopefully Lakshya alongwith Prannoy in OG, that’ll be a big thing and boost our chances of two medals. All will depend on the cycle, I believe MS field is wide open for medals.

Bhai, Pranaam. Yeah Lakshya and SatChi both look refreshed after a break. Seeing them without their shoulder strappings :D :D after a long long time.

Namaste bhai. Hope you’re doing well brother. Yeah, hoping for the best. SatChi playing against familiar foes tonight, will be really exciting. Lakshya and Kunlavut both junior rivals, in senior scene Kunlavut has gone much ahead than him. But it’s a marathon, careers have just started. Long way to go. Good luck to him :D

Tough luck for CYF, she looked tired to me after the interval. If akane can play as fast as this tomorrow she will beat ASY

Sort of, perhaps arguably...well, comparatively speaking, still most people still won't equate her with her male counterpart, Lee Chong Wei, who also won a few All Englands, a couple of World Tour Finals/Super Series Finals, etc, etc - I think you get what I'd trying to say, not forgetting in WS, there isn't a female GOAT to contend with in her case.

Never mind, to each his or her own. No matter what, this year's Olympic quest is now or never in her case. Also not forgetting that fateful 2017 what-if situation where she chose to skip the WC for the Summer Universiade. Enough said.
