At 2-2 in matches, Momota was down 12-19 in the last set against Kidambi, and won 22-20. Japan proceeds. Tough loss for India.

HS Prannoy was slow in finding his rhythm. Satwik/Chirag and Lakshya Sen played to potential. Srikanth self destructed from a winning position. India grab defeat. Japan were lucky to survive this match.

Something he’s been doing for the last 6 years. But yeah, it still surprises me a little bit how can a person choke so many times.

Without HokiKoba and Naraoka today, with unrecognisable Momota playing MS3, India (I’d say the strongest squad in this tournament as other countries came with 2nd or 3rd tier teams) deserves this loss.

He is kind of becoming a villain, better retire.

If I have to take a positive, I am happy for KM. Hope he gains a tiny delta of confidence and win a few titles.

The only match Im looking forward to tomorrow is the clash of Legends PVS vs NO ...more so cause both of them had suffered injuries and both of them had been struggling lately so super excited for this clash

Current H2H is 10-9 in favour of PVS will be exciting to see if it gets 10-10 or 11-9 !
