Surprisingly, Indian women's team defeated China 3-2 in the group stages. 16 year old Anmol Kharg ( National Champion of India) defeated much higher ranked 22 year old Chinese opponent in 3 games. Really remarkable.

It seems like a deliberate attempt to lose the tie. If satwik/Chirag had played, india would have won 3-0. But lost 2-3 just because of their deliberate mistake.

Chirag Sen is strangely the National Champion. Kiran George or Priyanshu Rajawat would have done better.
