It was a strange affair, don’t think there was a close game throughout the match,
WHY won the first game with quite a margin and like you said SYQ woke up and reeled off the next two games with quite a margin too.

England badminton better look to a new generation. Lane/Vendy were their best hope and have issues getting to the quarterfinals of tournaments even as being the best prospect from four years ago. (Remember that selection controversy)

Are Lane and Vendy actually going to be able to qualify for the Olympics?

WTM's dialect is Cantonese going by his name.
Not sure about WCH but he definitely spoke Cantonese to his charges.

I personally love this Stadium given it has the audience and players seating elevated high from the main court area hich gives a great viewing angle be it in the stadium or on TV...I think Taiwan Open S300 also has a similar stadium.

Besides bone chilling winters everything else is good lolz

An se Young retires. It is understandable. She is not comfortable with her right knee. It's clearly visible , she struggles when she lunges forward. Hope she is ok.
Singapore girl's first super 750 Semifinals. Good going.

asy should just focus on her recovery 100%, who the hell cares about these open tournaments when the olympics is near. she need to follow marin approach, just pay the fine rather than sacrificing her body like this

No easy point for Kodai today. LZJ is playing a patient match.

Kodai has to play fast, there is no way he can cover the whole court with his size.

Kodai is the Han Jian of the 70s and 80s.

LZJ is going to lose if he plays to the gallery.

Again, Kodai drags the rallies to win the match.

LZJ did not sustain the same game plan after the first game. Adjust and try again.

Kodai Naraoka is a very small size guy. But I saw the JPN XD player Midorikawa Hiroki is even smaller at 160cm in height OMG
