How does one go about updating the firmware?

I’ve read here that they’ve updated the Pause button to a Knot button, and existing V14 users can update the firmware.

Can someone kindly guide me to how to actually do this? I don’t want to damage anything! Much appreciated.

Did you upgrade the firmware? And how was the knot function?
    Thank you.

The latest firmware features "knot pull" by pressing the "PAUSE" button, instead of the tension button. This allows for the string to be over-tensioned.
Useful for over-tensioning the last main or cross string to accomodate knot tension loss.

By holding "PAUSE" and the directional arrows at the same time, the percentage to which it over-pulls can be set - 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% or 25%.

Yes I did. It was easy to do.

Comes in very handy for knots where you want to increase the tension. Previously I would do this manually and it wastes a bit of time. Now I can preset it to 5,10,15,20% for knots but pressing the Knot (pause) button.

I'm not sure about v12. I believe the updater is for v14. Best to contact Wise and ask them to see if it can be applied to yours too.
