I also mentioned boe just before that, and the reason I mentioned kss was because he has the worst attitude of them all and I remember when you defended his antics here consistently

First thing is i would say attitude and antics are 2 different things. KSS has his antics just like Gill said ..smashing the air. But who didnt? Serving out slow in prime positions, pendulum serves, wiping the floor purposely using your shoes.

In fact those gamesmanships are worst than his antics because it affects matches. Its just that he just keeps winninng that it is made it worst than it is. It didnt even affect the matches because he usually did it when he already won. So attitudes = gamesmanship imo. Means the dirty way to win

I would says Its playful, and fun for the crowd. He makes the game more exciting and consistently his matches ranked the highest in youtube. Like it or not, if there is payper view he will be leading the dollars slam dunk during his days.

By the way did anyone notice, Satwik Sairaj used 2 different rackets for his game today. Atfirst he was playing with a black racket and then shifted to a white black one. I don't know the model names of his rackets though :) :)

So what need to happen for An Se Young taking over #1 spot of the world rankings?

EDIT: oh it's already for sure that she will be #1! nice!

Indeed, skill-wise she is very good, her problem is consistency, she still can't consistently keep her game level stable in every tournament.

I wonder if naraoka would be too tired to play viktor? SYQ would have been too tired too if he had won, its just their luck to meet right before having to play viktor.

I thought she's pretty consistent to be honest, rarely she lost against lower ranked players. It's just that she lives in an era where there are four ridiculously strong WS players.

In Malaysia open she lost to low rank Taipei player (forgot her name), and the latest GMT lost to Sim YJ in Korea Open.

As a LCW fan, I'd concur that LD is objectively the GOAT of the GOATs in badminton. Hands down.

Shi Yuqi expended too much energy trying to save G2 when trailing far behind but lost it narrowly and then in G3 he's spent force. Right, Kodai Naraoka's stamina is clearly superior to SYQ's.

Agreed, he should have let game 2 go if anything. But as a top player, he should have better stamina to sustain 3 tight games as that could happen anytime, what if its the olympic final? Definitely something to work on asap!

    Off the Topic:
Whatever results in WT tournaments.. In Paris 2024, only married(or engaged) men, with fitness, have more chance to take medals!. So Shi has more chance compared to LSF!
Engaged men have more mental calmness, preparation & focus compared to Boys!.
    So following have more chances!
    1) VA
    2) Shi Yugi (having relationship with Top WD player?, similar to CL/LCW/LD had during their playing days)
    3) HSP
    4) ??
    5) ??
    [Sorry to ignore Vittinghus!]

    In 2012,16,20 Games only Married/engaged Man took the title - LD,CL,VA ..
In Indian Team, SK should have married in 2018 itself(like VA).. Nonetheless, LS & PR should marry in their early twenties(24/25)..
Similarly LZJ should get engage/marry earlier!.. but too late for 2024!
