OYS has a cut on the right knee.
Frankly, if you ask me, these BWF paramedics are not well equipped.

They either under or over do the treatment.

Tiny heartattacks for Treesa/Gayatri after they squandered 9 pt lead
Gotta give it to Fuku/Hirota's fighting spirit. Good win for the teenagers, BAC gave them some momentum, tomorrow's match will be exciting

Do not rule them out for the Olympics. Think i watched them played once, is Gopichand or the girl behind the one with supersmash? probably the hardest hitting smash that i ever seen by a girl

Yuki and hirota have been struggling. Badminton might be one of the hardest sports to come back to from an injury in my opinion. As much as it gets a bad rap (in western society atleast), it’s a pretty physical sport.

That was Treesa Jolly, the one with the shorter hair. They have significantly improved their defence and good to see Gayatri taking initiative from the back. I think Boe's coaching is paying dividends.

Yes, i think its because badminton has so much movement + its an individual sports. Its so easy to get injured , you are moving up and down , sideways, left and right, the leg rotations throughout the matchnis crazy + jump smash.

compared to tennis, where you are mostly moving sideways.

Thought stamina wise, i dont think you need to run more than 5km everyday to be fit for badminton matches. I run 5km every other day, its like 30-37minutes run (faster person can probably run under 30mins) and most badminton matches last that long without continuous running.

    Shettimuljo.. lol.

i dont see MD player this animated because its such a tense discipline and usually if you dont win (the title), you might be blamed for acting up much.

its cheerful and nice to see though and he is playing well!

NTY won G1, the match is not over yet, but I feel that NTY kept his focus well

Second match of the tournament and second time VA complained about his opponent to the umpire. Yesterday it was about LCY changing shuttles too often, now about NTY taking too long between rallies. Everytime during the set he lost.

Another poor display of sportsmanship from VA when losing. [He broke a racket against Popov a few weeks ago]

Was very good and intense. Both pairs trying to keep the bird low , flat at best, refusing to lift. Almost all points happened front & mid court.

On the contrary. If NTY takes too long breaks, it is he who shows poor sportmanship. The rules clearly state that play should be continuous. Umpires in general just don’t care much and players rarely complain about it. But the rules are clear. No unnecessary breaks.

And wanting to change shuttles less often is also not poor sportmanship. It is just an opinion. It is totally normal to disagree about what the optimal shuttle is.

(Breaking rackets is a completely different story of course but it seems like your poor-sportmanship-button is loose)

Would’ve thought Kim and jeong would get demolished by yuta and arisa but they take the first game. 50$ it goes to 3 and yuta/higa take it
