    Is that a joke?

Just in case it is not - product warranty doesn't cover damages from a clash or any other mistreatment by the user.

I rewrote it there was a typo, not from a clash.

And chill man it's just a question :) Are you hired by Yonex to discourage people to get claims ? ;)

was that a Freudian typo by any chance? The amount of paint chips that can be seen on the frame speak volumes about the whole "never had a clash" thing. Just saying. Totally chilled.

Eitherway, your friend can just go on an try claiming warranty. Yonex is known to be rather tight-arsed when it comes to warranty replacements, but in the end he can only win. Nothing to lose in case they decline it.

The way it look, its like almost 0% chance to get warranty claim.
But if you would be ok doing all the works & get slapped then try it. One might think its not totally 0% yet, well yes if its a matter of life & death, but if it were me, my times for other stuff are more important than dealing with this claim where i know myself the racket already serve me well & had been tortured by myself over periode of time. All the blame are mine.

1 last thing, dont cut & strip the string when claiming. It would be totally 0% when you do.
