    Personal nutrition is very individual. You need to experiment a little and know how your body reacts. Common sense helps a lot as well.

    I only use unflavoured whey powder and take it only a certain times rather than making it a part of the routine.

    urgghhh no flavour whey?
    I can't even handle ON 100% Choc whey taste on a regular basis

    Got used to mixing it with fruit juice (not fruit drink) or milk/soy milk.

    Thanks for the reminding of these tips. I have thick blood and the doctor told me to drink more water, but I just forget about it. I'm going to drink some water now

    Set a timer in your watch / phone.
    It helped me.
