hi all, new here, is there any recommended 4u racket with EB or slightly HH/HL for doubles and all around play style?

my current daily driver is arc11pro and auraspeed 90f

plan to add my collection, still dilemma choosing between auraspeed 100x or arc7pro, however, from what i heard and read there is some frame reliability issue with the auraspeed100x.

Yeah auraspeed 100 has many problem
DriveX 9X is better for all around.
For Li Ning like Aeronaut and Axforce series.
Arc 7 pro quite good but a little different with Arc 11 pro

Maybe I can help a bit here, I play with the old Arc 11 (3U) up until this summer. I've gotten 2 new racquets since. Here are a few things I noticed when I play (my opinion only, YMMV).
    • Smashes - TKF-E > JS12II = Arc 11
    • Drop and Slice - TKF-E > JS12II = Arc 11
    • Drive - TKF-E > JS12II = Arc 11
    • Defense - JS12II > TKF-E > Arc 11 - Note TKF-E defense is only slightly slower than JS12II IMO, not a huge difference
    • Control - Arc 11 > TKF-E > JS12II
I'd say all 3 are pretty easy to play with and they are all great racquets, I just happen to play better with the TKF-E. I'm an all around player too, mostly play men double, intermediate-advance level and nowhere near professional level.

I chose these two because I was looking to switch over to 4U and prefer slightly HH racquets (but not the extreme HH ones). I believe the TKF-E fits my style of play and will consider getting 2 more of the same racquet in the future.

Good luck on your choice mate.

I think the Arc 11 Pro is a pretty good all rounder, just get another :D

Whatever racquet you end up getting, get two of.

So if the strings go in one, you'll have a back up :)

I'd say look into the 88d pro 4u. I tend to use this more than my arc 11 pro 3u because i feel the heavier head carries the stiff shaft better. This racket is a good balance for front and rear court play, imo suits all rounder playstyle - has power ,stiff and fast.

Astrox 77 (or the upcoming 77 Pro) and Arcsaber 7 Pro.
Also, Bravesword 12 in 3u and Tectonic 7 are very user-friendly and good all-around even though they're 3u.
