He should but at the end there it felt like Kenta was slowly getting used to bodysmashes.

It's weird to collect the medal and put it onto yourself.

Kenta nishimoto won at last. Quality of players he has beaten enroute to the final was amazing. Commonwealth games champion and last year world championships bronze medallist Sen, Asian games champion Jonathan Christie and former world championships silver medallist anders antonsen and at last glorified grinder Chou tien Chen.

Well done Nishimoto, @terrynguyen121988 big congrats to you too, being a Nishimoto fan is a hard endeavor, though not as hard as being a Srikanth fan.

    No worries :)

I only re-watched the short summary of "the situation" that someone posted. I agree AA was pushing it. My guess is he was fed up with KN, because KN is obviously trying to catch AA off guard (didn't KN get a yellow card for exactly this in an earlier match?). So maybe AA's line of thought was something like "I won't allow you to control when I am ready. I will take back control of when I am ready".
All in all, I don't think it was unfair to give AA a yellow card at some point. However, I think the timing of the card was terrible because on that serve (19-17), AA was not ready. He was still moving in position.

I think Chou wanted to but couldn't. KN's defence was too good for Chou's attack early in the rallies and later in the rallies, Chou didn't have enough energy to launch an attack. Exciting match all in all.

Now for another close 90 minute match lol.

A lot of people will find this really blasphemous, but AY has beaten more world class players in past two weeks than VA has in the last two years.:D

Oh, there's the first to preach the gospel. :D
Because Lakshya Sen, Loh Kean Yew, AA, Kunlavut Vitidsarn, Lee Zi Jia and CTC are basically the male equivalents of Chen Yufei, Carolina Marin and An Se Young. Look at all the titles they have amassed. Look at how consistent they are.
Not bothering to check, but I'm fairly certain players like CYF and CM have better careers alone than the entirety of the MS top 20 (minus VA and KM) combined.

Edit: Oops, forgot Chen Long. Obviously a world class player with a great career. Somehow, he still is in the top 20.

AY peaked too late for Olympic Tokyo, hope it's not too early for Paris 2024.

No, she met Sindhu in Olympic.

Avoid of Sindhu is the key to win.
