Hello guys, a shop in the netherlands has listed the new arcsaber 7 pro. i did not found any information about a possible arc 7 pro. So you think this is true? Yonex Arcsaber 7 Pro - Badmintonplanet.eu
There is going to be an Arc 7 Pro released Aug/Sept this year. My understand it was going to be similar in spec to the original, so even balance and medium/stiff flex. I can’t wait as loved the original.
Dang... I was really hoping the Aug/Sept release this year would be a Z Slash Pro. Ever since they did z force 2 I've wanted a Z slash 2 with that head shape instead of their original semi iso design
Arcsaber 7 is the first Arcsaber series and Arcsaber 11 pro was released earlier this year. It's not close the probability of Arcsaber 7 Pro
Seems so. It is listed on the yonex's website and in addition, the launch of the exbolt 65 : https://www.yonex.com/badminton/racquets/arc7-p
"The new ARCSABER 7 will be seen in the hands of Tokyo Olympic Gold Medalist in mixed doubles, Huang Dong Ping (CHN), Thailand’s No. 1 women’s doubles Rawinda Prajongjai and Jongkolphan Kititharakul (THA), and many other elite players on tour. The racquets are scheduled for a global launch on August 19th, 2022 in three different models, PRO, TOUR and PLAY – each developed with the same performance concept but with variations in performance materials used."
Hmm, was the original arc7 that popular by the pros? The only one i remember using it was the german Marc Zwiebler.
It has quite a flexible shaft so can’t imagine so. But it doesn’t really matter if it was popular with the pros - it’s the regular players who buy it.
The pros are sponsored, so yeah, the regular players are the ones that buy it. I'm interested to see how this fares against the 11 pro. Can't wait!
Looking at the frame design everything is the same as Arc 11 pro.... Only the flex differs. Yonex legendary number 7 is always medium flex. arcsaber 7, Vt70, 70etune, Astrox 77
the 11 pro has the problem that it is even balance while having a really stiff shaft. so bending the shaft and creating power in the smash with the 4u version requires really good technique. i think the 7 pro will be much more user friendly in the 4u version.
