    Ardianto underperform in game 1,
Overall the performance of double A is not too convincing.

I expect VA will win because LZJ makes too many errors still for a top player. Those kind of mistakes are very costly.

But LZJ can beat VA if he cut down on those errors, which he can actually, as evidenced by his win against VA at the All England. But I don't expect him to do it this time because I feel like those errors are also partly habitual and it will take time to cut them down.

I think LZJ struggle more against short players,Kunlavut and Ginting are not very tall. I watched one of Kunlavuts interviews before,he mentioned his coach told him a strategy on how to beat LZJ and it mentioned something about how LZJ's height can be used against him.

LYC is so good. LiLiu is the strongest pair for a few year and if not because of his nemesis, he will have won many more titles.

now that his nemesis is gone, i cant see others winning.

i dont think they can beat LiuOu, new pair who feels spirited. LiuOu is a lot like LiLiu, just more motivated.

After winning the Swiss Open 2022, Alfian/ardianto lost in the final of the Korea Open 2022.
And it happened again, after winning the Indonesia Master title, they stopped at QF of Indonesia Open.
I don't know whether it's physical or mental problems that have made them difficult to win back to back titles so far.

This is the kind of game minions used to win against li/liu, sadly fajar/rian couldn't do the same. credit to fajar though, he's been good I think although yuchen probably still better in this game. rian...well look like he's back to his old self.

Why did they start S1000 after S500 though, cant remember its like this in AE and no Indonesians will miss their home event anyway.

oh well even with all the preparations, Japan only have 1 Semifinalist in home Olympics. Sometimes things like this happen.

The INA team, especially MD, was less fortunate.
With Marcus' condition yet to recover and the appearance of the daddies also being in a downward trend, the hopes of winning in MD might be targeted from Alfian/Ardianto and Kusumawardana/Rambitan.
But, as we already know, Rambitan got injured and Alfian/Ardianto failed to show their best performance.
Uum..How about other sectors (especially WS, XD) that have been sleeping for too long?

    The odds were good.
It's one to be a gambler.
Its another to be a fan.
Tomorrow, VA will be the favourite.
    Go for LZJ.

well, INA best for the MD, imagine Jonatan and Ginting choose to play MD instead of MS, maybe they will win more in MD than in MS...

like steen pedersen said, this is the pressure that minions have played under for so many years and it's not easy, not easy when you're the ones left who have to carry the burden. being consistent is one thing, but being consistent while having all that pressure on you is what make it impressive. it's the same thing with lcw back then.

Of course the odds is going to be good for anyone who plays against Axelson.

The much safer bet would have been to bet on the point handicap which is +11.5 for Ginting and is very achievable if you really want to support Ginting and not waste money.

But of course the even more safer bet would have been to bet -11.5 for Axelson.
