Yuta made a mistake letting endo retire. I know endo is getting older but they had opportunity to win alot in short period of time. Look at all the time hoki/Kobayashi was in finals. Endo and yuta would've demolished them. With XD, thia are way too strong and Im sure the two Chinese pairs will come back stronger too. I think yuta is better suited for MD but who can partner with him now? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm not so sure Yuta and Endo would demolish them. They are playing very well right now. I hope SK gives us a very good match indeed
Hoki and Kobayashi winning a WC gold in MD before Watanabe won one. Wow, that's something I wouldn't have expected one year ago.
Maybe not demolish but I think they'd win.. I'm also cheering for SK!!! I like loh but would love to see SK win. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Predictions: SK will make too many unforced errors and will not be able to keep up with LKY's pace Sent from my KB2003 using Tapatalk
XD is an emoticon xD not mix doubles LKY cows are even more ridiculous that CTC. That's sus. He is a modified human.
Congrats to Akana Yamaguchi. She is such a hard worker, she deserves to win a WC title. As for TTY, well, IMO, her best opportunity to win a WC title was in 2017. But TTY opted to skip the WC in 2017 to play in the Universaide in Taiwan. That was a curious choice for TTY, since many of her Taiwan teammates opted to play in the WC in 2017 and skip the Universaide in Taiwan. The irony is, in 2017 when TTY reached #1 and was unbeatable, other players and coaches had not figured out her game yet, and how to beat her, in her 2017 form. One year later in the WC, players and coaches had figured out her game. This probably contributed to why TTY never won gold at any WC, or won the Olympic gold, despite the fact that TTY is the most talented and most skilled WS player. If she had participated in the 2017 WC, she would have had the best chance to win a WC title, but unfortunately for her, she can't rewind history.
LKY starting tentatively, feeling the nerves or letting the enormity of the occasion getting onto him?
Very good start for Srikanth. I had pegged LKY as the favorite in the finals, despite his lower seeding than Srikanth, because of the players LKY beat to get to the finals, the ease he had in beating them, and his run of form up to the finals. But Srikanth has had a really good start, let's see how the rest of the set goes.
