Antonsen should be much more fresh having only had short and easy matches

If LZJ beats both Antonsen and Vittinghus they will regret inviting him to their podcast

Hope OngTeo can go to the Final. After all the close losses they had in their career and I remembered the bloody chin that Teo got from being hit by Ong late in the game.

They will also deserve RianAgungSaputro moment in the career too and maybe even more.

Big chance for Chen/Jia after blocked by GreyAp in the last 2 BWC.

Yamaguchi is awesome. ASY’s fatigue and her injury were costly.

Congrats Ong/Teo! A medal for Malaysia by independent players, which is great. Finally, first win against Lee/Wang. I thought it would be difficult for them after Teo’s back problem disturbed them during the WTF, but nope. Wang Chi-lin’s errors were still on the run. For me Lee/Wang’s performance dropped after the WTF in which they appeared to be fired up after a while. I do aware that Wang mentioned about his exhaustion and his body hurts after WTF but a week off wasn’t enough.

A little surprised Zhang Yiman beat Kim Ga Eun, another KOR up-and-comer, in straight sets yesterday to set up a QF clash with Intanon Ratchanok today. No expectations for ZYM in this matchup.

Congratulations to Ong Yew Sin/Teo Ee Yi for beating Lee Yang/Wang Chi Lin in 3-sets: 12-21, 21-17, 21-5. A bronze medal is guaranteed and they will face the hot favorite Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi for a place in the Final. It will also mark an excellent last tourney for another MAS pair Goh V Shem/Tan Wee Kiong if they can beat the last CHN pair in the draw He Ji Ting/Tan Qiang later. The winner of that match will likely face Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen in the SF.

No more CHN representatives in MS and XD. In XD, they are only left with Chen Qingchen/Jia Yifan. In WS, He Bing Jiao will face a formidable foe in Tai Tzu Ying tomorrow.

Ratchanok really is the most graceful player, so deceptive as well. Very error-prone, but every stroke is really beautiful

It's kind of sad that her fitness has let her down throughout her career, she is definitely up there with Tai Tzu Ying skill wise

seriously, DEN players should stop inviting others for things, doesn’t do them any good.

Zhang Yiman equalizes forcing the decider. I must say she has improved, no wonder she could take out Kim GHE in two straight sets, just that she's still falling for IR's deceptive, disguised, trick shots occasionally, but she's learning to deal with it as the match progresses.
