Wang Tzu Wei has a good chance of winning vs Jonatan Christie

I do not think so. The team fielded by Japan were relatively more established n more highly ranked, and that a such strong team was fielded also indicated (to me) pressure to win. So I was keen to have analysis on how the less favored opponents performed.
btw I think your post rather discourteous - I hope I’ve misunderstood it

nice write up Clely - always appreciate the effort you put into your posts n updates

I think he's referring to me with CL and he is intentionally discourteous, of course. I was actually just asking a genuine question of Clely, because I virtually never read her posts and just wanted to know what they are about. /shrug

I think WTW has to watch his knee. Every lunge looks like disaster gonna happen. We wouldnt want another ACL injury.

I think he already had some great rallies against KV as well, but those constant service fault calls really messe with his concentration/confidence.

What a surprising day, I thought both ginting and JC would lose their match today..

the match almost looks easy for JC, helped by WTW knee injury imo. He is usually explosive.

Ahsan is so versatile, you can pair him with either backcourt player or front court player

I watch some of their match back then and surprisingly they weren't that good together. ahsan/fajar are better imo, they were impressive 2 years ago at the BATC.

Daniel is still quite raw, he lift too easily...need to work on his soft shot.

Too many mistake from ahsan in this third game, daniel on the other hand has been superb since 12-15 2nd game...his defense is ridiculously good.
