If you have to say about someone that he's "actually a nice guy" because the way he behaves in public points to the exact opposite, maybe he isn't a nice guy after all.

their matches reminds me of the phrase, 'when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object'.

Muttiah Murlidharan was my favourite bowler.

So, I have big hopes from Thannia Murlidharan.

So we all agree LZJ is an unlikeable arrogant brat? Even the hair cut is unforgio. Cool!

Can't believe after humble and gallant LCW we get this.

It's ok if hes not a good player. Hes actually talented and has everything needed to be. Just has to be a horrendous character representing Malaysia

Great job, Lee Zii Jia, playing like the young Chen Long, getting so much back to frustrate the opponent and attacking, counterattacking and turning defense into attack with ferocity.

In G2 when LZJ gifted a few easy points I thought we're gonna see a decider but KM returned the compliments, and LZJ romped home to victory with a flourish.

At least he's not behaving like KSS, it's okay...maybe slightly arrogant but it's not over the top

    Yes and yes.

With me, Lin Dan, Lee Chong Wei and Momota were arrogant. Arrogant is one of a character that champions should have ("unbow" to anyone), to me.

but not the way Lee Zii Jia did.

Yeah, Mayu Matsumoto, the woman that I don't want to watch.

I would rather to watch Chen Qingchen with big mouth and enthusiasm more than watch Mayu.

Not really, he has the psychological advantage of 7-1 H2H and just beaten LZJ two days' ago. I'd say it's more like KM was hesitant and wary of LZJ's tenacious attack coupled with stubborn defence and retrieving ability that rendered him tentative in what shots to play sometimes.

what exactly happened to instil such hatred from you towards him? I don’t think he’s that bad of a character, at least not as cocky as Kevin Sanjaya. Even then, I would say badminton would be boring without players like that.

Really? I think the sport is plenty entertaining, and people behaving badly is not entertaining at all. But to each his own.
