Chen Long's foot injury definitely doesn't help in this regard. My guess is they're going to show off the new rackets at the Sudirman cup or Thomas cup that's occuring soon.
Will CL play Cups? I saw he is not playing Denmark 1000. There are 4 players who can endorse LN products rn CL, Yuta, Sindhu, Ginting. I don't think we will see any new products at the Cups.
They have just got a very good Ace which is the Silver medal from Chen Long. I don't understand why they don't put it to the best use while it is still hot.
I personally think it's not only the lack of chips in the industry, I think many factories in china didn't produced much. Warehouses also didn't cleared easily for badminton gear. For my country: we had in total 11.5 month without any options of badminton. I think it isn't only an issue for Li-Ning. Also for other brands the corona virus delayed their schedule and launches. I awaited that Yonex bring a new series this year which replace the Duora Series.
Li Ning has added delay dimension as they have to import M40X from japan which resulted in even more delay (read in badmintoncn long ago)
Might be a sum of both issues. The whole raw material market from steel to semiconductors to plastic resin is just a complete and utter mess atm. Very hard to plan anything since you have to hold your breath for every confirmed shipment. I have no clue how much covid related limitations there have been in most parts of China. I don’t think the European lockdown has any influence on the release schedules there.
Looks like there is a 6.1mm thin shaft racket in store from LN. source: http://bbs.badmintoncn.com/thread-1630908-1-1.html

I am using the 88D Pro currently and am looking for a similar Lining racket. Have narrowed down to the Tec 9 and AX Force 80. Anybody got a comparison between the two? Or any other similar spec Lining racket to recommend?
If your favorite fruit is oranges would you ask which sort of apples taste like oranges? If you like the 88D Pro there is no reason to buy a racket from a different brand, just get a second 88D Pro. It would also be useful if it is the 4U or 3U 88D Pro and what you await what the Li-Ning racket should change. Even if specs are the same, rackets of different brands will play very very different.
Well.. after missing out on badminton for a few years and reading the reviews, plenty stoked to have found these last few weapons. Naturally, I bought all the stock..
