Thanks for the video resources. I've been just holding it up with my hand and tensioning the string which holds it in place. I just thought there may have been a better way/was thinking of a better way.
I see what you mean - for starting the mains. No need, though - you can just do the following: pull both mains, clamp the top of one and the bottom of the other, re-pull the main whose bottom you clamped. release that clamp, and clamp it again, pull the other main and clamp at the bottom, continue as normal. There is enough tension in the double-pulled mains to keep both clamps at the proper height.
Thanks Mark A for the reply. Got it. Also, any suggestions on automatic bases to replace the ones that came with the 602FC? Much appreciate the replies. Coming this much closer to get this table to exactly what i need it to be. Currently, the sliding the bases is very rough in the guide rails. Any mend to that?
Did you try to clean and maybe oil the tracks and/or the clamp bases? Another video from Kwun below (getting a bit tired of posting his videos here lol). If you are serious about upgrading clamp base, it's best to return the machine and buy another one, 6004 for example. Buying clamp base alone is not very economical. I'm glad you did not get the XLT as it has the same clamp base. https://racquetguys.ca/products/gamma-switch-action-cam-lock-clamp-base?variant=8805169397811
Thanks for the reply. The 6004 is too big for my requirements. needs to be portable. I did clean and run some lube on the rails.. its just that its a a bolt under the base clamp scraping against aluminum,.. has a very rough grating feel. just how its built. Functionally no problem. just the feel of it. Im hoping somebody here has modded a 602FC or at least enough for to have something to go on. Regards.
You may need to release/adjust the clamp base locking nut underneath then. There should be a socket included with your machine to do that. Check the manual.
Thanks for the reply. Yep, that lock nut can be adjusted. It isnt that nut. the one sandwiched that runs in the guide. I noticed that the pros pro for example using bearings to run along the guide which would translate into a smoother glide? Any and all recommendations and insight are very much appreciated. Will also update for the benefit of others if i learn more.
I bought gamma 602fc and wise 2086 as well, but I cant put them together, are there anything alse i need to buy? From What I have researched, it say i need to get a wise 2086 medium height adaptor plate but I cant really buy it, all out of stock any replacement ? new to this THank

Tennis man in Germany should ship to UK. He's also on here as well. https://www.tennisman.de/en/Other/S...-for-the-Wise-2086-Electronic-Tennishead.html
