Bro, it has been taken seriously, hence we win WC medals regularly. But they have a meltdown in Asiad and Olympics continuously since Limba Ram time. It's got to do with mental thing totally.

Can someone edit the title of the thread
Story hasn’t been any different this Olympics too. BAI should have sent LS to olympics. He would have at least had his first Olympics experience (should I say inexperience) under his belt

I think we should be relatively happy about their performance. It was a group of death. They did well to win two matches from that. They can use this experience to come back stronger in Paris

Simple meaning: Momota who was like god for opponents to beat just lost in his own pressure, game style (that needs constant intl practice to stay sharp).

Deeper meaning: In way anyone who is exceptional in some area can be thought of a qualities inherited from god, some one who is beautiful, or talented in some area (say Da Vinci etc), It seemed that qualities of momota which are so perfect left him yesterday.

Sindhu has to be very careful against Akane. The game is a must win and it will not be easy. Sindhu can't afford to slip up. She is our only hope remaining for a badminton medal.

Honestly, I feel bad for them even now. Luck played a big role in their elimination.
Chirag/Satwik duo had the potential to medal even this time with some luck.

    Regarding archery:
In the Asian games 2014 and 2018, India did win several medals in compound archery.
They should include compound Archery too in Olympics.

I remember 2018 Team Compound event final against Korea. They won my heart. Let's see what Deepika has in store for us tomorrow.

Hey! Thanks for the info. Sony liv/Sony network is only telecasting the badminton coverage from one court at a time. I basically wanted to watch the action from other courts as well.

Yes it really depends on your broadcaster. Normally the national network here uses their web platform to stream all the events in addition to what is televised. I don't believe there is any broadcast rights restriction for a national broadcaster so it really depends on their capabilities to provide you with the stream. For Europe one company bought all the rights (Eurosport, owned by Discovery Channel network) and is streaming everything this time instead of the national broadcaster. They only sub-license some tv rights but not streaming to the various national broadcasters so a subscription is now needed instead of free access (and as always Olympic broadcasts are geo-restricted to your own country). There really do not seem to be many free streaming options this time around that can be accessed with a VPN server ...

WR 1 archer Deepika CHOKED yet again :)
Boxer did bring some smile by confirming bronze.
I'm telling my uncles and close friends to trust Sindhu. Let's see how she plays against Yamaguchi. Going by her performance against Mia yesterday, I feel she's in form. Should be interesting. How is Yama playing btw ? Anyone watched her matches?

Phewww! It was too close and could have gone either way, the second game. I thought she blew it away when Akane came back to lead 16-15 in the second but what grit, what temperament, great fight back. She won't be able to do a la World Championships'19 in Tokyo surely. Or will she? o_O

Happy for PVS. Also, I feel for team Japan. I really like them for their work rate, the amount of hard work they put in everytime they are on court and their humbleness. I was expecting atleast a medal from them in each discipline. Hope Japan will recover quickly from this shocking result.

I know in my mind and I want to say it but I won't jinx (referring to 2019 WC) lol. I fear. But it's looking like it. She looks in the zone. I saw glimpses yesterday, saw more of it today. I'll stop here. That confidence you saw while playing, wowww.

Dudes @Baddie lover @arjevo hold those pendulums tight. Tai is not easy, and Chinese are in beast mode, let us not get a head of ourselves.

She tried hard so far that it is fine.

BSP or MD pair should have stayed in Tokyo to help her spare and train.
