Do push ups and pull ups help with overhead shot strength?

    I will still continue to do them for fun, but I'm just curious.

    pushup for core and triceps, pullup for your grip strength. all good, just do both.

    They won't - those muscles do not contribute to shot production.

    to be clear, the wrist can only extend,flex, deviate one way or another.

    You know you're getting your terms wrong. (And if you don't know then the post after yours should point that out to you).

    And in one thread, a poster actually had in mind to do a thing that was the wrong thing, because a poster got the terminology wrong in a similar way to you!
