Is creatine worth taking for badminton? I would have thought so from what I've read, but interested to hear from people who have tried it. It does cause a bit of weight gain, and the question is whether any physical improvement might be enough to make the weight gain worth it.
It might help but that depends on your playing/ training routine and frequency. If you are mainly playing doubles games and doing 4-6 hours a weeks in total, I would think most people will get sufficient time for recovery and have enough nutrition with their regular food.
